This website, selfcloud.ro, is operated by SELFCLOUD SRL (CUI: RO28282300), Bucharest, Romania ("Selfcloud", "we"). For any privacy matter, contact us at hello@selfcloud.ro.

2. What data we collect

This is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, no analytics scripts and it sets no cookies. We do not use tracking or advertising technologies of any kind.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data — such as your IP address, browser type and requested pages — in server logs, for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Third parties

The site is served through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which acts as our hosting and content-delivery provider (data processor). Cloudflare may process connection data as described above. All other resources — including web fonts — are hosted by us; visiting this site triggers no requests to other third parties.

4. If you email us

If you contact us at our email address, we process your email address, name and the content of your message in order to reply and follow up on your request. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep this correspondence only as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@selfcloud.ro.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
